With extensive experience in developing finance and growth strategies, scaling operations, and navigating ownership succession challenges, Nigel has a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face and how to overcome them. He has worked with a diverse range of clients including start-ups, mid-market companies, and multinational corporations across a variety of sectors. Prior to establishing Threshold Consulting Ltd, Nigel held leadership positions in several prominent financial institutions including Santander UK, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of Scotland. Nigel is a Chartered Banker and holds a First-class degree in International Relations from Staffordshire University. As a committed member of the business community, Nigel has also served on the Board of Directors and Audit and Risk Committee of Newydd Housing Association.
