Erika Santinoni is a well-educated nutritionist with a background in Clinical Functional Nutrition. She studied Nutrição at UFRJ and later completed her Pós-graduação at UNICSUL / VP. Erika has experience working with sports organizations, having served as the Nutricionista for the Confederação Brasileira de Voleibol and Confederação Brasileira de Remo. Additionally, Erika has worked for the Secretaria de Saúde do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and Nutri Sport, where she held the role of Diretora-Nutricionista. She is skilled in creating personalized nutrition plans, analyzing food intake, and providing nutritional counseling for optimal health.
