Vivek Chopra is a seasoned engineering leader, software architect, and developer who has worked with both large Silicon Valley companies and startups. With extensive experience designing and building robust, internet-scale services, he is skilled in network services/APIs, PaaS/SaaS, big data, machine learning, and agile methodologies. Throughout his career, he has built and led engineering teams, working both in development and leadership roles.

Chopra is currently the Director of Engineering, Platform at Zendesk, having previously held roles as Director of Software Engineering and Director of Engineering, Platform at Mashery. Prior to his work at Mashery, he served as Engineering Manager, Network Services and Middleware, and Staff Software Engineer at Playstation.
