Keith Fechtman is an accomplished business leader, author, and speaker with an extensive background in profit management, payroll, and leadership. He studied business at the University of Indianapolis, receiving a BA and an MBA in Organizational Leadership. He also has an AS in Science from The George Washington University, and he attended Franklin Community High School.

Keith has experience in various industries, serving as an Area Supervisor at Arby's, Huse Inc. and as a GM at Arby's, Huse Inc. He was also a sales consultant at Saturn and a general manager at Bally Total Fitness. In addition, he was a marketing and sales consultant at Evens Time, Inc., a professional and executive recruiter at Express Employment Indy South, and an adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Indianapolis.

Keith's expertise includes profitable restaurants, payroll, and time/labor/attendance. He is also an instructional presenter, accomplished book author, and skilled at salary negotiation. Keith is a part owner/operator of Books & Brews and was previously a book author/speaker/presenter at Malina's Adventures. He served as a sergeant in the US Army and received a number of awards, including two Army Commendation Medals.
