Rick L. Rambo is a litigation partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, with a focus on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients from the U.S., Asia, and Europe as both plaintiffs and defendants. Rambo has extensive experience in litigations involving patent infringement, electronic discovery, computer hardware and software-related matters, internet law, trade secrets, and matters pertaining to maritime law, the energy and offshore drilling industry, and contracts, personal injury, commercial torts, products liability, Defense Base Act, and Longshore and Harbor Worker's Compensation Act claims.
Rambo studied JD at Tulane University Law School and also pursued an MBA in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. He earned a BS in Computer Science and Business from the University of New Orleans.
Rambo has held various roles in his career, including a summer associate at O'Neil, Eichin, Miller & Breckenridge, the Office of the District Attorney of New Orleans, a project leader at Bell Avon Inc., a software engineer at Advanced Medical Systems, Inc., and T.L. James & Co., Inc., and vice president at Rambo & Sons Inc. He also founded Software System Developers, Inc.
