Currently we have ETHNews running to assist others by providing relevant news content on the development of the Ethereum ecosystem.  We have a number of other applications (Dapps) we are working on and our plan is to continue to stay in a somewhat of a stealth mode until approximately third quarter 2018. I am the managing partner of Berns Weiss LLP. Our firm focuses primarily on class actions against financial services companies. In April 2014, we created the Digital Money Practice Group. This division of our law firm will primarily focus on the fast developing and life changing Virtual Currency world. We will be involved in a number of different areas, with our focus continuing to be on assuring that there are adequate consumer protections in this very pro-consumer developing ecosystem.

I currently serves as class counsel in over 15 class actions, and have recently been appointed as lead counsel and executive chair of plaintiffs' steering committee in In re Wachovia, MDL Docket No. 2015 - JF (N.D. Cal).

My entire 23 year career as an attorney has been devoted to representation of the rights of consumers, and advising corporations from start-up through merger.

I have been consulted by ABC, NBC, The Los Angeles Times, The Daily Journal, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, the Associated Press and CBS as an expert in the field of Sub prime litigation. 

In addition to my law practice, and business consulting, I obtained my Real Estate Brokerage License and I both litigate and consult on a wide range of real property and real estate related issues.
