With an MS in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University and a BS in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California, Pabla brings a unique combination of technical expertise and scientific acumen to his work.

He most recently served as the Vice President of Cloud Operations at RingCentral, where he played a critical role in the company's success. Prior to that, he served as the Director of WebEx Operations at Cisco, where he led a team responsible for providing world-class operational support for one of the most widely-used video conferencing platforms in the world.

Before his time at Cisco, Pabla served as the Sr. Director of Network Surveillance at Comcast Cable, where he helped to build and lead a team responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the company's broadband network. He also spent several years at SBC Communications/AT&T, where he served as a Technical Director and led a team responsible for the design and implementation of complex network solutions.
