Florance Oosterink-Westveld

Florance Oosterink-Westveld is an ambitious young professional with a multidisciplinary background, who is eager to take on a new challenge after her maternity leave.

She has a strong interest in organizational cultures, complex structures, and the dynamics within organizations.

With a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology & Development Sociology from Universiteit Leiden, Florance also holds a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the same university.

Additionally, she has pursued further education including studies at Peace of Minds Academy and Lean Green Belt certification (LCS Level 1B) at Bureau Tromp.

Florance has a diverse work history having held roles such as Teamlead Financial Administration at Brainnet B.V., Teamlead Accounts Payable at St. Antonius Ziekenhuis, Financial Administrator at St. Antonius Ziekenhuis, and Temporary Financial Administrator at YoungCapital, among others.

She believes in the importance of good leadership in management, creating environments where employees can thrive, develop, and contribute their knowledge and skills, ultimately fostering confident and innovative teams.
