Vibhu Kapoor, a seasoned consultant and technology expert, has spent the last ten years helping Fortune 500 clients across various sectors, including technology, consumer goods, and financial services, with growth, cost, and operating model problems. He currently works as an Engagement Manager in Deloitte Strategy & Operations, where he specializes in Tech Strategy & Business Transformation for US offices in India. During his career, Vibhu has led several large cross-functional and geographical teams on cloud migration and digital transformation projects.

Vibhu obtained his degree in Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronics and Communications from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, and later on, he pursued his PGDM in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. In his current role, Vibhu manages $50M+ managed services deals from service model design to contracting and services transition for three clients, making him a market leader in Deloitte IT Spend Optimization/Outsourcing group. He has also authored several consulting tools and frameworks that offer pertinent insights into Technology Strategy, Growth Strategy, Outsourcing Advisory, Strategic Cost Reduction, IT M&A, Operating Model Transformation, and Cloud Assessment and Transformation.
