Ylva Martelius is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and digital communications. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, and Berghs School of Communication, she has held leadership positions in a variety of industries, including retail, consumer goods, and media. She previously served as the Head of Sales at Google and the Global Digital Communications Manager at Electrolux. Ylva is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of YM I RIGHT, a company that helps businesses transform their company cultures into more diverse, inclusive environments. She is also an Employer Value Proposition Advisor, Board member, and Advisory Board member. Ylva has a passion for helping people and companies grow and become the best version of themselves.
