Alessio Beverina

Alessio Beverina is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in venture capital and business development across different industries. He has a Master of Business Administration in Economics and Management from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Alessio's real-world experience includes roles such as Partner, Venture Partner, and Principal at Sofinnova Partners, one of the world's leading life sciences-focused venture capital firms. He was also a Kauffman Fellow, a highly competitive two-year program designed for emerging leaders in the venture capital industry.

Alessio also co-founded Panakes Partners, where he is currently the Co-Founder and General Partner. The firm is a pan-European venture capital partnership specializing in life sciences investments.

Before his venture capital career, Alessio held various engineering roles at CEA and STMicroelectronics. He was also a Business Developer at France Innovation Scientifique et Transfert/Aging Biotech Investment SA.

Alessio is a past Segretario Generale of Vc Hub Italia, an association of Italian venture capital firms, and an active member of the European venture capital community.
