Angela Sandler is a savvy and innovative C-level executive with over 22 years of experience in entrepreneurship, brand management, new product development, strategic planning, marketing, and sales. She has a keen sense of timing to identify and capture emerging market opportunities and has started and created two market-disrupting startups. Currently, she is the Co-Founder of St. Louis based Brand Amplification Firm, Xplor. Sandler is an intuitive marketer, continually pushing the needle on new modern forms of press and publicity. Her passion resides in connecting individuals and collaborations to help drive business forward via relationship marketing.
Sandler has worked in the retail sector in product development roles on both the Department Store private-label side as well as working with global notable brands such as Victorinox Swiss Army, Carhartt, BMW, Timberland, and Callaway Golf. She co-created the web-based digital membership platform Kidzxplor, which operated in both St. Louis and Houston and connected local children’s activity providers to local families. Sandler was also recognized as one of 200 female founder startups selected by Rent the Runway Foundation and UBS to participate in the 2017 Project Entrepreneur intensive.
In addition to her career, Sandler supports several organizations focused on women’s entrepreneurship and works to support women in their careers and in the workplace. She is also involved with several local philanthropies and serves on several boards in the St. Louis community. Sandler earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Marketing from the University of Mississippi and resides in Saint Louis with her husband and two children, Joie and Grant. In her spare time, she loves to travel, exercise on Peloton, and spend time with family and friends.
