Sarah Covey
Sarah Covey, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in learning and development, has dedicated her career to advancing high-impact organizations and causes while empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Sarah is a founding member of Verb Inc., a learning and development software platform that provides leadership training to corporate employees. She has led customer success across various Fortune 5, 100, and 500 companies, including Apple, IBM, Whole Foods, Facebook, and Salesforce, among many others. Along with her team, Sarah has been able to unlock thousands of employees' and entrepreneurs' potential globally, making them capable of enacting positive change in their respective fields.
Sarah currently serves as Chief of Staff at Verb Inc., where she focuses on advising and implementing operational strategies to maintain a diverse, accountable, and high-performance work environment. As a strategic advisor and culture champion, Sarah works closely with Verb's CEO and leadership team to enhance communication, decision-making processes, and goal-setting. Moreover, Sarah volunteers for a multitude of community-oriented organizations such as The Junior League of Austin, Girls Empowerment Network, Young Women's Alliance, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Austin.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Texas State University. Her personal and professional motto is, "It always seems impossible until it's done," which she attributes to Nelson Mandela.
