Emil is the co-founder of IRIS R&D Group Inc., an innovative company that specializes in crowdsourced transportation infrastructure asset data collection and data reporting. Through this venture, Emil and his team are committed to creating safer and more resilient Canadian communities while increasing legislative compliance and reducing risk.

Emil's diverse professional experiences include working on the Smart Cities Technologies Taskforce at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) and serving as the Smart Cities Lead at Techstars. He has also co-founded several successful startups, including Active Geoanchor, Our Evergreen Mission, Bloombox, and NewYorkerFlorals Inc. With Streamlined Works, Inc., he served as the founder, and as the Operations Project Manager at Active Ventures & Co., Inc. Emil began his career as a CAD Technologist at ARS Testing and Inspection Incorporated.
