Yury Smirnov is an experienced Design Lead with more than eight years in the industry, having worked in design agencies, enterprise-level companies, and fast-growing start-ups all over the world. He is skilled in product design, building design systems, recruiting and training designers, and design management. Yury is particularly adept at mobile applications, web design, social media, and marketing design, and presentation design. He strongly believes in the Human-Centered Design approach and cross-functional team collaboration, where the design output should not only solve a real problem but also provide an exciting experience to the end-users.
