Iva Donova is an accomplished Events Manager at TNW, with years of experience in events and project management. She moved to The Netherlands over a decade ago, with no expectations but was excited to learn and grow professionally. Iva started as an Intern at TNW and found her passion for events early on. She worked her way up to the position of Customer Success Executive and later managed the entire ticketing platform, handling group ticket sales for clients like Lush, Nike, and Deloitte. In her role as Events Manager, Iva has organized numerous (digital and live) events, including 5 editions of Europe’s Leading Tech Event - TNW Conference. She has built great communication, negotiator, organizational, and time-management skills, with an ability to perform under pressure. Iva is a talented multitasker and problem solver. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA), in International Communication Management at De Haagse Hogeschool.
