- Raised more than $12M in early-stage equity by conducting more than 200 investor presentations and by rigorous followup communications.
- Recruited and hired core management team within initial 15 months consisting of COO, CFO, VP Marketing, VP Sales, and VP product management.
- Established R&D subsidiary in Israel and facilitated product management between market and R&D.
- Signed strategic relationship with former US Defense Secretary William Cohen and engaging the Cohen Group for business development, capital influencing, and lobbying services for Vumii.
