Arsen Kazibekov is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in finance and leasing business. Over the years, he has managed up to 150 people and has created four leasing companies starting from scratch. He has also developed the first appraisal methodology for leasing companies in Russia, which is now used as a market reference point. Mr. Kazibekov has also delved into the world of the internet and mobile services, developing various projects, including online stores, applications, and social services. As a co-founder of PublicVerification.com, he has worked with a global online personal identification service. He is also a civil activist and blogger, taking part in several projects focused on developing technology contributions to society.

Mr. Kazibekov graduated from the Russian University of Economics named after G.V.Plekhanov with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Financial Support Services, and from the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Science (IERAS) with a Graduate School in Banking degree.
