He graduated with a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Moscow State Technological University STANKIN. Over the years, Michael has delivered large-scale, technically complex projects, systems, and solutions to Global 2000 companies in the financial, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, oil & gas, utility, retail, service, and public sectors.

Michael has consistently exceeded operational KPIs in the times of growth, downsizing, mergers & acquisitions, and functional business transformations. His expertise lies in operational excellence, quality assurance & processes, engineering & operations, and production & operations. Some of the organizations he has worked with include Debut Group, Retreat Guru, eSignLive, and Affinity eSolutions, Inc., among others. At Marconi plc (former Northwood Technologies), he served as Director, Quality Assurance & Processes.
