He is currently the Principal Customer Onboarding Specialist at HubSpot and the founding partner of Hook Digital, a HubSpot Platinum Tier agency. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Paulo has received multiple awards for his work, including the HubSpot Impact Awards for International Partner of the Year and Best New Client Onboarding. Paulo is also a founding partner and Editor-in-Chief at MarTech Latam, Brazil's first content hub and community dedicated to marketing technology.

Aside from his work at HubSpot, Paulo is also a mentor to B2B and SaaS startups at ACE Aceleratech, an official Google Developers Launchpad partner in Brazil.
