Emily Adams is an accomplished academic administrator and leader who has made substantial contributions to the primary/secondary education industry. Emily holds a Master of Arts degree in General and Special Education from Lesley University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Emily's expertise lies in Special Education and Literacy instruction, which she has utilized throughout her career to improve student outcomes.

Throughout her career, Emily has held several key leadership positions, including Special Education Manager and Dean of Instruction at YES Prep Public Schools, Houston Area Reading Coach and Instructional Coach at International Leadership of Texas, Special Education Teacher-Literacy at DC Prep, and Teacher at Achievement Preparatory Academy. Emily has also served as a Fellow at Urban Teachers and co-founder at Amu Mashal.
