Ingo Schweder is a renowned figure in the wellness and hospitality industries with over 30 years of experience. He is the founder and CEO of GOCO Hospitality and Managing Director of Horwath HTL Health and Wellness, two companies that specialize in creating, designing, and managing wellness developments for luxury hospitality and real estate brands. Ingo has led multidisciplinary teams on over 400 projects worth more than US$3.5 billion across 42 countries from initial concept to profitable operation. He is also the owner and manager of the Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Southern California, the United States' oldest and highest-grossing hot spring resort.

Ingo's experience includes holding executive positions at prestigious hotel groups such as Mandarin Oriental and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where he played a key role in establishing Ananda in the Himalayas, a globally recognized wellness destination resort. He is also a partner of Space Yoga & Space Cycle and sits on the Advisory Boards of AMAALA, a $16 billion luxury wellness destination in Saudi Arabia, and the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF).

Ingo is a Cornell University alumnus, having studied CPD in Hotel Management, and has also completed a BA in Hotel Management at Albrecht-Dürer-Schule, Berufskolleg Düsseldorf, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Journalism & Communication at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
