With experience in program management, diversity initiatives, employee groups, affinity groups, corporate events, university relations, and learning and development within various teams, including Sales, Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Organizational Development, and Biotechnology, Bernadette has honed her skills in operational and communication management. She also possesses excellent organizational abilities in managing multiple programs, urgent and complex projects with a proven track record of client satisfaction and team leadership.

Bernadette studied Organizational Leadership at Claremont Lincoln University and Marketing Business Administration and Ethnic Studies at San Jose State University and California State University - East Bay, respectively.

Her professional experience includes working at Cisco as a Meraki Inclusion & Collaboration Program Manager, Global Inclusive Communities & Strategic Program Manager & Operations Lead, and Strategic Initiatives Diversity Program Manager at the Office of Inclusion & Collaboration. Bernadette has also managed university relations recruiting and learning development programs at Citrix and Google, respectively. She has also worked in human resources, recruiting, and events and conventions services for other reputed companies such as VIAVI Solutions, Huawei, Pacific Biosciences, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and Yahoo!
