-  Assists the Director of the Admin Team in developing strategy and implementing processes for the administrative team. Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, mentoring, escalating matters as appropriate to the Director, and ensuring the core functions and objectives of the team are met.
-  Provides strategic support to ensure all aforementioned leaders and teams have the time, resources, and materials needed to accomplish their goals and those of SYP.
-  Actively engages with other internal teams and drive initiatives.
-  Schedules and manages meetings, calendars, and travel for the Executive Team and, as needed, their teams.
-  Manages timesheets and expense reports for Managing Partners.
-  Plans, coordinates, and executes the logistics of internal Leadership Off-Sites with the Chief of Staff and the CEO's EA. This includes, researching, vetting, and booking venues, caterers, hotels, vendors, and activities, negotiating rates, and overseeing execution.
-  Assists the Chief of Staff in tracking the internal initiatives and commitments of the Managing Leadership team, assuring progress, regularly re-evaluating prioritization.
-  Creates, prototypes, and implements new tools and ways of working for various teams.
-  Program Manager for the internal Events Team, managing the budget and plans for holiday celebrations throughout the year; collaborating with the two other Program Managers for the Events Team with the planning, budgeting, and execution of quarterly Happy Hours, Birthday celebrations, and our annual company Holiday Party.

Volunteer Coordinator & Special Assistant

Began as an intern working kitchen production at base in Tarrytown, NY. Promoted to catering on-premise parties at Tappan Hill, Tarrytown, NY and the NY Botanical Gardens in Bronx, NY. Finished internship in May.

Hired as an Off-Premise Catering Cook in Manhattan. Sites included Chelsea Piers' Pier 60, the AK Yacht, the NY Botanical Garden, Tappan Hill, Central Park Zoo, and the Angel Orensanz Museum.

-  Produced, assembled, plated, and expedited all courses for parties of up to 1,000 guests.
-  Organized hors d’oeuvre and appetizer stations.
