Stjepan Rajko is a seasoned software engineer and architect who has built expertise in various domains, including real estate, project management, market analytics, machine learning, mobile applications, and computational biology, among others. He is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Offerpad, where he contributes to the real estate revolution. Previously, Stjepan has also held prominent roles such as Executive Director of Software Development at urbanSTEW, Sr. Software Development Manager at Offerpad, Software Engineer / Director of Tech + Architecture at Axosoft and Assistant Research Scientist, among others.

Stjepan holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science and a Master of Fine Arts - MFA in Dance, both earned from Arizona State University. He is a highly accomplished individual with an impressive portfolio characterized by groundbreaking projects and applications in the performing arts, interactive art installations, computational movement analysis, parallel algorithms, computational geometry, and robotics.
