Jason Wijegooneratne is an accomplished software developer with extensive experience delivering high-quality production code for various platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Mac, Windows, Linux, IOS, Android, Arduino, and ESP32. With expertise in software design, implementation, and leadership, he has established and managed teams, scaled development operations and software in multi-team environments, and collaborated with stakeholders to achieve targeted objectives. He has held various positions in the industry, including development, management, and architecture.

Jason possesses a broad programming experience, having worked in a variety of languages, including C, C++, C#, NodeJS, Typescript, PHP, Ruby, Lisp, and more. He has also tackled a range of computing problems, including big data, web scale, automation, deep analytics, hardware, algorithms, system architecture, compilers, application architecture, and more. He has engaged in the open-source community, with some of his works available on GitHub.

Jason is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen, where he studied Business, Economics & Law - ERASMUS, and the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen, where he studied IT Management - ERASMUS. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business - Strategy and Information Management from the Universiteit Maastricht. He co-founded Jungle Commerce and held various positions in renowned companies, including Australia Post, Tabcorp, Temando, and more.
