With an extensive career in the retail industry, Sasha Skoda currently holds the position of Senior Director of Merchandising, overseeing Women's, Fine Jewelry, Kids, and Beauty departments at The RealReal.

Prior to her current role, Sasha Skoda served as the Category Director for Womens & Kids and held the position of Merchandise Manager at The RealReal, showcasing her progression within the organization.

Before joining The RealReal, Sasha Skoda gained valuable experience as an Assistant Buyer at reputable establishments such as Azalea, Welcome Stanger, and Rand + Statler. She also interned at Gen Art, further honing her skills in the industry.
