Before becoming an independent consultant, Jagadish was the CIO and Director of IS and PMO at OKI Europe Ltd, where he was responsible for driving the program to implement 6.5 M S/4 HANA and IBP for Supply Chain on the Cloud. He also implemented the portfolio of projects on the Dynamics 365 SaaS platform, including the 1.2M MPS migration and OKI.Net portal for sales and customer service.

Jagadish has led five managed service programs in UBS, showcasing his account planning and management skills. He is highly skilled in implementing strategic and cost-effective procedures and developing trusted relationships with staff, stakeholders, vendors, and customers. As an Associate Account Director at Cognizant and Senior Manager at Wipro Limited, Jagadish has consistently generated significant business year on year in new and existing accounts. He is also experienced in enterprise IT infrastructure delivery, management, and transformation in the UK and India.

Jagadish has a Bachelor's in Engineering from Osmania University and attained his SCPM at Stanford University. He also completed MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) at APM GOV. He has served as an independent consultant, the interim program manager at HCL Great Britain Ltd, and account manager for AXA, Prudential, and Practice Manager-Insurance at Wipro Limited.
