Jan Malasek

Jan Malasek is a seasoned recruiting and talent management executive with expertise in strategic procurement, supply chain management, and operations. With an MBA from Darden Business School, UVA, and a degree in Ing. from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Jan brings his diverse education and professional experience to the table. He is the Founder and CEO of OnDemand Resources, and has previously served as Executive Director, Procurement at Teleglobe, Vice President of Marketing, Business Development, and Sourcing - Global Exchange Services at GE, and Manager of Corporate Initiatives at GE, and Manager at AT Kearney.
