Michael Schiff is an accomplished business executive and advisor with over 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service. His passion is to help companies achieve their full potential by re-engineering core processes and building a strong data analytics foundation. Schiff is an expert in modeling and implementing the customer journey and creating a focused set of metrics and processes to drive business success. He specialized in SaaS-based business modeling, finance operations, go-to-market operations, data warehousing, and analytics.

Schiff received his BS in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology. He started his career as a Sales Representative at Information Builders and worked his way up to Sr. Director of Sales Operations at MySQL. He then held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations and Field Enablement at Jaspersoft before joining Salesforce as the Head of Business Operations at Mattermost. Schiff then became the Vice President of Heroku Business Operations at Salesforce before starting his own consulting business, OMCOO LLC.

Outside of work, Schiff dedicates his time to mission-based construction work, volunteer firefighting, and running 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons.
