Dorea R Ruggles is an accomplished critical thinker and problem solver with a wealth of scientific knowledge and research management experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, having also studied Architectural Acoustics for her Masters of Science at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Physics at Gustavus Adolphus College for her Bachelor of Arts. Her expertise lies in neural systems, data analysis, experimental design, and education; her background is versatile and enables her to offer a flexible skill set for any task.

Dr. Ruggles has been a Research Scientist at ReSound and a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Minnesota, two roles where she further advanced her specialized knowledge of biomedical engineering, scientific concepts communication, and research management. Her critical thinking and problem-solving skills have been put to the test in these positions, where she excelled with her ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze data, and communicate with various audiences.
