With an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Vancouver Community College, Charles has proven his expertise in managing multi-site ERP implementations and IT portfolios.

As a former Project Director at EXTIA, Charles successfully spearheaded digital and data initiatives, showcasing his ability to build strategic plans, develop business cases, and execute roadmaps. Prior to this, he served as an Initiative Portfolio Manager at Sanmina Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in driving business process automation and managing human resources and sales initiatives.
