Currently working as an Assistant Director of Career Management at the James W. Stuckert Career Center at the University of Kentucky, she serves as a designated Career Adviser to various colleges, including Fine Arts, Design, Arts and Sciences, and Agriculture. Carroll is a Certified Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified Career Services Provider, and a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, with expertise in resume writing, interviewing, networking, business etiquette, professional attire, self-directed job searching, graduate school preparation, and salary negotiation. Additionally, she has developed and instructed workshops focusing on self-esteem, diversity, and business etiquette dining.
