Along with his consulting practice, Mike is an author and co-authored "Breaking Through: Leadership Disciplines from Top Performing Staffing Firms" with Barry Asin, President of SIA. His latest book is a follow-up to "Behind the Wheel: Driving Excellence in Staffing Operations." Before founding Charted Path, Mike served as President of MDI Group, an IT staffing firm with $60M in revenue, and also held positions such as Area Vice President, Managing Director, Director of Operations, Branch Director, and Technical Recruiter.
