Dinara Nurgaleeva is a highly educated individual with a great passion for music. She has studied at various institutions, including the State University of Management (SUM) where she obtained a Masters degree in Management in Cinema and Television, a Department of Management in Culture Specialist degree from the Moscow Pedagogical College of Music, and a PhD in Human Resource Management from the same institution. Dinara has worked for various organizations throughout her career, most notably as the Program Director for Jazz Across Borders at Igor Butman Music Group, the CEO/Owner of Magnetophone Music Agency, and as the Sales and Marketing Director at KFP Five Star Conference Service. She has also lent her skills to several television productions, including a show called "Music Kaleidoscope" on Rusiya Al-Yaum (Russia Today Arabic).
