Zach Barasz is an experienced investor and company supporter with broad-ranging knowledge in venture capital, growth equity, and private equity. With a focus on technology and innovation, he is currently working as a partner at G2 Venture Partners, where he invests in innovative companies that apply cutting-edge technology to traditional industries in sustainable ways. Prior to joining G2VP, Zach worked as a Kauffman Fellow at Kauffman Fellows, partner at BMW i Ventures, senior associate at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and associate at Altamont Capital Partners. He has also worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as an Associate Consultant Intern at Bain & Company.

Zach holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Economics - Finance from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Zach enjoys the outdoors with his family and taking part in triathlons.
