Eric Westerkamp is an accomplished executive, sales leader, and entrepreneur who has spent over 20 years driving high-growth for companies. His strengths lie in building and developing highly motivated enterprise and B2B sales teams, SaaS, Cloud B2B, and Cloud platform sales, revenue management, channel and business development, leadership and development, strategic planning and execution, contract negotiations, solution selling, sales process, sales methodology, public speaking, and Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.

Eric had a successful tenure as the Executive Vice President Sales and Operations and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at CaliberMind. Before that, he led sales for FrontSteps, a Private Equity SaaS roll-up, and grew the Western US sales region for OpenText, the leading provider of Cloud B2B and Workflow services, by over 450%. Eric played an instrumental role in raising capital, formulating a board of directors, hiring a management team, and launching Quickstream Software, which he served as Co-Founder, President, CTO, and Board Director. The company sold to EasyLink Services in 2006.

Eric's key accomplishments include integrating five SaaS sales organizations into a single high-performing sales team, winning multiple Presidents' Club awards for sales achievements, founding and successfully exiting a SaaS company, transforming a legacy Channel organization into a revenue leader, and mentoring/coaching others.

Eric studied Computer Science, Computer Science, Math at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and Machine Learning Engineer, Artificial Intelligence at Udacity.
