Larry Gardner is a seasoned retail executive with over 39 years of experience in managerial positions at Toys“R”Us, Inc. During his tenure, Gardner served as the company's Vice President, International Franchise Operations, and was responsible for overseeing the operations and financial performance of the company's franchise and license partnerships in 25 foreign countries. He identified new market growth opportunities, selected partners, and supervised store site selection, among other responsibilities. Gardner also served as Vice President, Toys“R”Us Asia, where he oversaw wholly-owned and licensed operations throughout the Far East, Australia, and Japan.

Gardner started his career at Toys“R”Us, Inc. in various managerial roles, including Director of Stores, France, and Regional General Manager for the Northeastern and Northwestern U.S. regions. As Vice President, International Operations, he was responsible for store operations on a global basis.

During his career at Toys“R”Us, Inc., Gardner served on the boards for Toys“R”Us Asia and Toys“R”Us Japan. Currently residing in Naples, Florida, Gardner possesses extensive experience and knowledge in retail operations on a global scale.
