Alejandro Ramos

Alejandro Ramos is a versatile educator, mentor, and media specialist with extensive experience working in nonprofit organizations. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Sociology from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate's Degree in Journalism from Diablo Valley College. Alejandro is a talented photographer and has worked as a College Coach at Beyond 12 and as a Program Coordinator at Youth Spirit Artworks. He has also served as a Sustainability Assistant at Associated Students, Inc. at California State University Long Beach.

Alejandro has showcased his leadership skills in several roles throughout his career, including working as a Host at 22 West Media and as an Editor in Chief at Long Beach Union Weekly. He honed his journalistic skills as a Journalism Intern and Staff Writer at Long Beach Union Weekly, and as an Editor in Chief at The Inquirer of Diablo Valley College. Alejandro's motto, "I don't shine if you don't shine," underpins his approach to work and his focus on helping others accomplish their goals.
