Executed expansion plans at Oregon State University, recruiting an initial class of 11 men to refound the Sigma Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at OSU. Was responsible for the educational and social development of specific 2nd, 3rd, & 4th graders at Gilbert Heights Elementary School within a normal classroom setting while also aiding other students who were behind grade level. Breakfast, lunch, & recess supervisory responsibilities required proactive vigilance and the occasional resolution of low level conflicts and disputes between children.

Additionally hired through the Gilbert Heights SUN Community School to tutor 3rd & 4th graders after school to pass the state math test. Also hired to run a Lego Robotics course for five weeks after school, followed by a five week "Building" course of my own design for 1st through 5th graders. Both five week courses required lesson plan development and execution as well as an ability to operate independently.

As a Communications Intern I was responsible for social media marketing of the National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho as well as its 80+ affiliated college chapters on Facebook. Started and developed each Facebook Page and an accompanying user manual and social media guidelines for fraternity chapters to utilize. As one of three Directors for Alma Mater Productions, the student activities board at William & Mary, and a member of the Executive Board I was responsible for assisting in the overall direction of the organization and assisting in the agency development of its members. The 130+ member Alma Mater Productions was the primary activities board for the College of William & Mary.

As Chairman for the Council for Fraternity Affairs, commonly referred to as the Interfraternity Council at other universities, I facilitated both the CFA Executive and Presidents' Councils. Selected as the Vice Chairman for the Council for Fraternity Affairs at William & Mary, commonly referred to as the Interfraternity Council at other universities, at a time when the primary responsibilities of the Vice Chairman were being handed off to another student organization. This freed me to champion new programs designed to enhance the fraternity community at William & Mary.

I designed, initiated, and facilitated a new four week “First Year CFA” leadership program for new members of the fraternity community. Lessons centered each week around the four pillars of Greek Life: Leadership, Scholarship, Service, & Fellowship.

I revitalized a forgotten incentive program for educational chapter programming, cataloging educational resources at William & Mary available for chapters to utilize (mental health, sexual health, physical health, study skills, leadership development, civic involvement, career development, etc.). I then sent letters of acknowledgement and support to the National Headquarters of fraternity chapters that utilized these resources proactively.

I designed and initiated a new Spring Clean Contest to reward fraternity chapters who invested their time and money into their university owned chapter houses. Coordinated "celebrity judges" from the university administration and the sorority community and got buy in from the fraternity community.

Chaired the CFA ad hoc Housing Committee tasked with exploring solutions to the various housing difficulties faced by fraternities at William & Mary.

Selected as one of two student representatives to the Dean's Office's Judicial Program Review Committee which was tasked with reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of the College of William & Mary's judicial system. Conducted individual research into training, funding, and staffing of the Dean of Students office as well as into issues such as in loco parentis and the educational impacts of judicial policies.

Redesigned and updated the website for the Phi Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho at the College of William & Mary. Responsible for maintenance and updating throughout the year, assisting in online registration of our philanthropy.

Responsible for managing the relationship of my fraternity chapter's 150+ alumni. Built a comprehensive contact database from scratch by working with the College of William & Mary's Alumni Association and specific alumni influencers. Designed our first web integrated email newsletter and increased frequency of delivery by 200% and contacts over 100%.

Oversaw two large alumni events, Alumni Weekend in the spring semester, and Homecoming in the fall semester. Raised over $400 at homecoming with over 20 alumni attendees, the largest ever group to return to visit over that period including several chapter founders, enabling reengagement by older alumni.

Kicked off discussions to create an official Alumni Corporation that would culminate two years later with the creation of the Phi Beta Chapter Alumni Corporation of Kappa Delta Rho, Inc.

Substantially increased the depth of participation in the annual conference by having each of our countries research and submit both position papers and resolutions to their respective Model UN Committees.

Co-Captain of the high school Dragon Boat Team for two years, was responsible for recruitment, team selection, and team engagement/motivation. Assisted in leading practices and training along with two volunteer coaches. As president for one year increased the number of races the team participated in by 300%, including one international trip, and helped facilitate the organization's first off-season practices. The international trip required extensive planning and engagement with students' parents and school administrators.
