Romulo Pereira is an accomplished professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in the fields of management, finance, engineering, and operations.

He holds a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Finance, from Coppead UFRJ, where he also pursued a Full-time MBA. He furthered his education by studying Electronic Engineering at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and participated in an MBA Exchange Program focusing on Finance at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.

With a wealth of experience across various renowned organizations, Romulo has held key positions such as Director of Product and Clients at iugu, Global VP of Operations, Global Head of B2B Operations, and Head of Operations & Customer Success LatAm at Gympass, showcasing his leadership and strategic skills.

Prior to his roles at Gympass, he gained valuable insights in finance and management while working in Credit Portfolio Management, Gerente de Gestão Corporativa, Corporate Governance Senior Supervisor, and Business Development Senior Supervisor roles at Banco Votorantim.

Romulo's expertise extends to consultancy as well, having worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and gained practical experience during his earlier years as an Intern/Analyst at Accenture.
