Director, Analytics, Data Flow & Visualization

- Responsible for two departments within the Production organization, maintaining and closing manufacturing certification landscapes with Air Force, NASA, DCMA and the DOD, managing the technical training landscape for ~3,000 employees nationally, and driving compliance-related corrective actions to closure within Production.o	Developed multiple software solutions, including Personnel Qualifications, whose requirements were added to AS6500 Manufacturing Management Program as a future requirement for all aerospace manufacturers.o	Awarded a $290.59 million contract following the closure of F9 upgrade certification, reviewing all block 5 design changes, manufacturing processes and closing identified non-conformances with Air Force engineering and leadership over a two-year period.o	Closed over 50 minor and major infractions from the DOD Office of Inspector General, revamping critical business processes and developing a reporting loop through DCMA.o	Reduced workmanship landscape by 30% by end of 2018 through innovative training programs, rollout methodology, and modifying NPI and process change workflows. o	Managed an annual operating budget of $2.5 million, while generating $900k/year through CA ETP and saving $250k/year through in-sourcing training programs.

Space Exploration Technologies

Manager, Compliance and Production Training

- Owned the development of a technical training team, training facility, and supporting software and metric tools all while managing manufacturing certification efforts for Air Force and NASA customers. Responsible for the technical development of 1,800 production personnel, and closure of all identified customer non-conformances.o	Received a budget for $1.5 million to develop a state-of-the-art 4,000 sq foot training facility. Additionally, redesigned the capital expenditure construction billing process.o	Opened access to a $1.5 billion EELV program by closing out manufacturing certification efforts with the Air Force. Over 210 manufacturing processes were audited, and all customer related inquiries and non-conformances closed. o	Reduced workmanship issues by 15% by expanding the team from 5 technical trainers to 9, and expanding support to Texas and launch. Began the evolution of training.o	Developed requirements for Personnel Qualifications (tracking and lockout system for training) and Target Management System (KPI tool for exec leadership).

Training Supervisor

- No job description exists for this role, as it was a custom role.  Began as a tech technician, developing metrics from database mining for the Propulsion department. Through available opportunities, quickly took over the Leadboard software development team, and trained leads/supervisors on the tech solution while building out a new hire training program.o	Collaborated to develop a KPI vision for SpaceX, mining the ERP database to build out weekly metric reports and presentations for exec leadership.o	Developed the Leadboard application, a tool designed to give visual metric snapshots and promote blocker removing actions. o	Built the Production Newsletter tool and assumed role of Chief Editor, managing a bi-weekly influx of 12+ articles from director, engineering and VP levels, and publishing on a consistently on-time basis, generating 155,000 unique page views monthly.
