I helped build a creative services team from the ground up. This role called on my years of graphics production to oversee a six-person team of artists & videographers. It also required enhanced relational skills, since centralized marketing was new for the organization and much bridge-building with internal clients was needed.

At IGI, I learned the building blocks for all aspects of digital graphic production. Working alongside experts in the industry, I developed my skills in a wide variety of graphic arts.

IGI specialized in professional presentation design, working mostly in 35mm slides. I also gained experienced in areas of multimedia, animation and user interface design.

Sears was my job through college. Not retail, but the service department, where customers brought their broken stuff. Not only did I get to learn a little about general product repair, but I also grew in my ability to interact with the often-disgrunteled public.

This skill has served well in a variety of client-facing relationships.
