He has also served as a Public Address Announcer for the Jacksonville Icemen, Director of Public Relations and Broadcasting for Cornell Wrestling, and Operations Manager/Program Director/Host for 1160 ESPN Radio. Additionally, he has worked as an Intern for the National Hockey League, Brand Ambassador/Manager for Alloy Media + Marketing, Host/Producer for Clearchannel Radio, Play-by-Play Broadcaster for Syracuse Stars Junior Hockey, Account Executive for SoftWave Media Exchange, and PA Announcer for Cornell University.

Schultz's expertise in public speaking, relationship building, and problem-solving is evident from his diverse experience. He enjoys working in a collaborative, empowering environment and has a passion for travel and public speaking. Schultz has a keen ability to identify areas of improvement and communicate those in a calm, helpful way to improve others' abilities to connect with audiences.
