Michael Baradas is an accomplished Product Leader with a wealth of experience in the Financial Services and Technology sectors. With a unique combination of data science skills, design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies, he is adept at managing the entire software development life cycle to deliver a complete customer experience faster to market.

After studying Finance at Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management and completing computer science coursework at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science, Michael Baradas began his career at Société Générale as a Sales Executive before moving on to become a Proprietary Trader in several Arbitrage strategies in Global Equities, Options, Convertible Bonds, High-Yield, and Futures. He also served as Head Trader for the Amber Risk Arbitrage Fund and Lyxor Protea Mergers and Acquisitions Fund.

He later held several positions at Bloomberg LP, where he spent 11 years as a Senior Product Manager building award-winning trading algorithms and platforms for Global Equities, Options, Futures, and ETFs. He was instrumental in developing the PAIR cross-asset trading platform and the block-trading ETF RFQ (Request-For-Quote) platform, among other market-leading products.

Michael Baradas then moved on to become a Product Strategy Manager at Fiserv, a financial technology company, where he expanded the product suite into Cloud and API Microservices solutions. He integrated a payments processing platform with a billing and revenue management solution and improved the process automation capabilities of a fee billing platform.

Currently, Michael Baradas is a Product Manager at StoneX Group Inc, where he continues to leverage his extensive background in product management, design thinking, lean startup, data science, and agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions and a seamless customer experience.
