Erin Maechler is a seasoned professional in the Proptech space with a wealth of experience in international partnerships, strategic development, and club operations. She is currently the Market Lead Europe at Upflex, where she helps organizations transition to a flexible and inspiring workforce by selecting unique and energizing spaces. Erin holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Biological Anthropology from the University of Toronto. Prior to her current role, Erin was the Director of International Strategic Partnerships at Spacebase GmbH, a Co-Founder at Westrock Lake, and worked at Soho House & Co. as a Club Operations Team Member.
