WHO IS SWEET CHANCES?Sweet Chances was founded in May 2018 with the desire to help a friend while bringing sweet treats to people. Sweet Chances provide a range of sweet treats that are indulgent but low in sugar content. Each treat is baked with so much love and passion that transcends with each bite.Rose Valbuena-Bico is the founder of Sweet Chances. She has zero background in baking but have had always dreamed of becoming a pastry chef. Fueled by her dream, love for sweets and her strong desire to help and make a difference, she took the first step to make it happen.WHERE DID THE NAME SWEET CHANCES COME FROM?I was inspired by a lot of things in coming up with the name. First, which is the most obvious reason is my son. His name is Chance. He is the greatest gift my husband and I have received, such a sweet little boy. All of us experience a lot of challenges in life where we feel that life is being unfair, like we can no longer carry on. I have been there, many times, but whenever I feel that life is over, life surprises me each time. Life gave me multiple chances to get back up again and continue fighting.WHAT MAKES SWEET CHANCES DIFFERENT?We get that there are already a lot of pastry shops out there and honestly, finding a way to stand out is hard. A chocolate cake would always be a chocolate cake, the difference would be the moistness and richness of it. I wouldn’t brag on having the best tasting cakes or cookies, because that would depend on each person’s taste preferences. What I can be proud of is that each creation, each recipe we use has been tested and modified to make it healthier but still equally tasty. We can guarantee that our pastries are freshly baked, indulgent less the guilty feeling of munching on sweets.

This was a complex, high-paced environment with more than 200 staff, dozens of consultants from Telstra (Australia) and executive management & project teams from the world’s leading Telecom equipment providers including Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, ZTE and Cisco to name  a few.

It was founded in 2011, E2E is a dynamic community of over 12,000 entrepreneurs, investors, non-execs and partnersIt is an  established network of highly successful entrepreneurs: creating an exchange between entrepreneurs, investors, experienced non-executive directors, business leaders, government influencers and professional service providers.

Cloudstaff is an innovative provider of outsourcing solution by combining the right people and custom technology.   As a senior Executive Assistant, I provided assistance remotely to a InvestBlue, a Financial Planning company based in Brisbane, Australia. I simultaneously served as Team Leader to train incoming Executive Assistants and to took line management for a team of 10-15 EAs working for different clients.  I was responsible for their punctuality, productivity, satisfaction of their customer, and resolving problems the EA or the client escalated to me.
