Gilles Ruffieux is a seasoned business strategist and change management expert with several years of experience in helping companies revamp their operations, innovate their business models, and increase their revenue streams. He is the founder of Qibud Project and has a passion for startups and all things related to social-oriented technologies.

Gilles has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and has participated in several professional development courses from prestigious institutions like University of Maryland College Park and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. His expertise is in information systems, organizational analysis, business transformation, project management, and data modeling.

Gilles has consulted for several companies, including Montres Corum, Pascal Vincent Vaucher SA, and Richemont, among others, where he helped organizations introduce agility and flexibility into their systems and processes through change management initiatives. He has also helped implement PLM solutions, Proconcept ERP, PIM, and iPad apps used worldwide.

Gilles is a teacher at HEG-ARC, a lecturer at EPFL and a founding member of both the Proconcept UserGroup and PLM Romandie. He is an excellent listener with strong creativity and leadership skills, which he leverages to motivate and inspire stakeholders to embrace change.
