Tarun Goel is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in public health, health economics and financing, monitoring and evaluation, and skill development in India at both central and state levels. With a strong experience of 8 years in healthcare, Tarun has worked with various international development organizations like GIZ, World Bank, and UNICEF, and provided consultancy services for several centrally sponsored and state government program initiatives.

His work ranged across several domains such as health economics, health financing, budgeting, and costing. Tarun has also extensively contributed to capacity building for various healthcare programs such as health insurance, community-based healthcare schemes, accounting for healthcare professionals, and others. Tarun has also worked as a consultant with the National Health Mission under the Indian government's e-governance initiatives for implementing Hospital Management Information System, Health Management Information System, Quality Assurance, and e-Aushadhi.

Apart from designing and implementing healthcare programs, Tarun is a skilled research professional who has worked in both primary and secondary research while collaborating with leading research organizations such as IMRB SRI and Prognosis Management and Research Consultants.

Tarun holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance from Western International University. Currently, he is working as a Manager at KPMG and has previously worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG, Independent Consultant - Health Financing at Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), Consultant at IMRB International, Finance Consultant for NACP IV at NACO, and Part-Time Faculty at the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare.
