Maryam Shamlou

Maryam Shamlou is an accomplished marketing consultant with a strong background in fashion and e-commerce. She has extensive experience working in the direct-to-consumer space, having previously worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at Everlane, a Freelance Marketing Strategist, and as a Marketing and Brand Strategist at IJJI. Her skills extend beyond marketing as she has also worked in CX/Operations, and as an Assistant Editor/Assistant to the Director at Leonardo ISAST. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied English Language and Literature/Letters.

In 2019, Maryam decided to go freelance and consulting, and now works with emerging direct-to-consumer brands Storq and IJJI as a marketing consultant. Her expertise in customer acquisition, customer insights, and strategic planning make her an asset to any brand looking to establish and grow their online presence.

When she's not working, Maryam enjoys spending time with friends, cooking elaborate meals, watching movies, and spending time in her ceramics studio.
